Why is my withdrawal still pending?
Over the weekend it can often take our payment provider a little while to update your payment status, and as a result of this, your withdrawal might still show as "Pending" on your Payment History.
Rest assured, our team are processing withdrawals as normal, and your money should be with you in the normal timeframe. For bank withdrawals, this means your transaction will clear at around 9-10am on the next working day (usually Monday).
If your withdrawal is still showing as "Pending" after this point, firstly, it can be worthwhile just checking your bank account to make sure the funds haven't actually cleared before getting in touch with our Customer Support team.
