Why have I not had any winnings when my game said 0 to go?
If you see 0 to go on a Bingo Game, but no win is awarded, it is due to a temporary drop in connection while you were playing. Some drops are subtle on the screen itself. You can tell the difference because a real win will be accompanied by a big message to congratulate you!
The break in connection means the display is showing the number of balls required for the 1st or 2nd line win (which has already completed), instead of showing the number of balls required to complete the Full House win.
For example, if your connection drops when the first line is called and you have 2 to go for the one line prize. When the 2 line is in play, your card stays at 2 to go, and continues counting down to the 1-line prize, even though that has now been won. Your ticket will now show "0 to go", even though all the numbers for the 2 line/full house prize have not yet been called.
Will this technical error affect the outcome of my game?
Don't worry, this will not affect the final game outcome. All our games are played on secure servers rather than on your computer so the correct balls will be marked off automatically even if you're not there to see it!
How do I check the outcome of a game?
Go to My Account > History > Game History and you can see all the games you've played! You will be able to see the time of the game, your wager, whether the game finished or not and any standard wins from the game.
I lost connection during my game; will I miss out on winning?
Not at all. If you have tickets for a Bingo game and lose your connection to the site before you see the results, the game will still play out and any winnings that you may make will be credited to your playing balance. The tickets will be marked off automatically on our server, so you'd never miss out on a win if one was generated for you.
