Can I become a member if I live outside of the UK?
A fundamental part of our licensing obligations is to conduct Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering checks on all players using our gaming services. Due to this, we cannot accept member registrations, process payments and service member accounts from outside of the UK.
I have a non-UK issued card but reside in the UK - can I still play?
Non-UK cards are blocked from using the site. If you are residing in the UK, you will be able to continue depositing by registering a UK issued payment method.
I am a UK citizen living outside of the UK - can I still play?
We do not offer a service to any player who isn't physically present in the UK, regardless of their citizenship and/or the issuing country of your registered payment method.
Can I deposit when outside the UK when on holiday/business trips using my UK card?
No, you must be physically located within the UK while playing or depositing.
I am home but still can’t access my account.
