How do I enter a Room?

In order to play any Bingo Game on a mobile device, you must first enter a Bingo Room. We have a large number on offer for you to choose from: The Clubhouse, Superlinks, The Crystal Maze, Studio, Suite, Session Bingo to Blox!

Once you have entered your chosen bingo room, you will be taken to a screen with the balls being called during the current game, and the countdown to the next game.

How do I buy tickets?

To purchase tickets, click on the ticket icon in bottom left corner which should have a "+" next to it to indicate this is where you get more tickets, this icon takes you straight to the Ticket Shop.

Here, you can purchase tickets for the next game, bulk buy tickets so that you can buy loads at once and can even schedule buy tickets for future games of your choice to ensure that you don't miss out.

After purchasing my ticket, why can't I see the game play out?

After you have purchased your tickets, please ensure that you are clicking back onto the Bingo balls icon next to the ticket symbol on the bottom banner. This will take you back to the screen where the balls are being called and you will see your 3 best performing tickets play out. These are interchangeable depending on the numbers called.

Did my previous tickets play out when I couldn't see them?

We're marking the cards automatically and tracking every ball on our secure server, so you'll never miss out on a win - you'll automatically get paid if your numbers come up, even if you're not there to see it. You can see if you were a winner in your Gaming History by going to Menu My Account > History > Gaming History.

How do I chat?

To enter our Chat Rooms, you simply need to click on the chat bubble icon at the bottom of your screen, this is next to the Bingo balls. Here, you will be able to talk to other members and play along with our Chat Promotions.
