What is a Cool Off?

A Cool Off is a Responsible Gambling tool that allows you to take a break from playing, as it prevents you from logging in to your account.

How long can I set a Cool Off for?

We have different timescales available which are:

· 1 Day

· 2 Days

· 3 Days

· 4 Days

· 5 Days

· 6 Days

· 1 Week

· 2 Weeks

· 3 Weeks

· 4 Weeks

· 6 Weeks

Please note, the Cool Off is time specific, so if you set this for 1 Day, it would be a full 24 hours before the Cool Off would expire.

How do I set a Cool Off?

1. Go to My Account > Play Responsibly > Account Cool Off.

2. Select a time period from the drop-down menu.

3. Click 'Confirm'

4. Click the 'Submit' button on the next screen to activate the Cool Off.

Once you've clicked 'Submit', the Cool Off cannot be overridden or removed until the selected time period has passed, please be sure to select one that you're happy with.

How do I keep track of when it ends?

If you attempt to log in before the end date, the site will display a message letting you know how long is left.

What happens at the end of the Cool Off?

Your account break will end automatically after the last day. You will then be able to login as normal. What should I do if I want a longer break? If you'd like to take a break of more than 6 weeks, you'd need to request this from our Customer Support Team. You can read more about account closures here.
