How do I know if I have been selected to receive free spins?
If you're selected to receive free spins, we'll let you know as soon as you load the specified game. When you enter a game and trigger your free spins, you’ll see a message that says “Congratulations! You have x Free Rounds”. The free spins will then play automatically before any paid wagers.
How do I claim my free spins?

I can't find my free spins, what should I do?

I didn’t get a win from my free spins, why is this?
