What are V* Points?

There's nothing like earning Points for doing something you love! V* Points are Loyalty Points unique to Virgin Games. Get involved and build them up whilst winning on our games, and then convert them into cash!

How do I earn V* Points?

You start earning V* Points when you win certain amounts on the games, and they're added automatically to your V* Points balance. They're worth 1p each, and you can earn one for each £5 won on Bingo, or £20 won on most other games (Including Live Dealer).

Is there a limit to the amount of V* Points I can earn?

No, there's no limits to how many V* Points you can earn! Happy days!

How do I convert V* Points?

To convert your V*Points on any device, you just need to log in and click the three lines in the top left-hand corner to open the Menu and go to My Account> Convert Points.

On all devices you'll see the total V*Points balance and the 'slider' to convert them. Click on the slider and drag it to the right to choose an amount to convert and then click 'Convert now'.

The cash equivalent of the V*Points that you will convert will go straight onto your balance to enjoy! For example, convert 50 points and you get 50p to play with.

Is there a minimum conversion amount?

The great news is there's now no minimum amount you need to convert. Those pennies make the pounds so you can convert as little as 1 point!

How much are V* Points worth?

V* Points are worth 1p if you change them into cash.

Do V* Points expire?

Your V* Points will expire if you do not earn one within 90 days. If you do not win a V* Point in a 90 day period, all of your points will expire. This is to ensure that our active players are being rewarded for their loyalty.
