Why did I receive an email about the Gamesys Group?
The Gamesys Group licences and operates Virgin Games along with some other websites including Jackpotjoy, Starspins, Heart Bingo, Smooth Bingo, Rainbow Riches Casino, MONOPOLY Casino, and Virgin Games.
Previously, each of these websites was operated by one of three companies within the Gamesys Group. From 1st April 2020 all of them will be operated by one single company, Gamesys Operations Limited.
What is changing for me?
Nothing will change with regards to how you interact with the site. Your promotions, games, banking and account settings will stay exactly the same.
Your onsite experience will not change; you will be able to login as normal and the site will look and feel the same as it does now.
Will I notice any differences?
Minor changes will be made to our Terms and Conditions to reflect this change. In accordance with those Terms and Conditions, by continuing to use Virgin Games you will consent to contract with Gamesys Operations Limited instead of Nozee Limited under our Terms and Conditions from 1st April 2020.
We will also be updating our Privacy Policy to provide you with the relevant information about Gamesys Operations Limited which will be the data controller of your personal data from 1st April 2020.
Nothing is changing about the way we process your personal data and we are committed to providing your personal data with the same level of protection, care and security on an ongoing basis. Where you have previously given us permission to send you direct marketing messages, those will be sent to you by or on behalf of our new data controller, Gamesys Operations Limited, in respect of your current marketing preferences.
Will I notice any changes on my bank statement?
Deposits and withdrawals will show as being from Virgin Games rather than from the operating company.
There will be no change to the security of your payments or any funds deposited with us, or any of the amazing promotions or offers that you are taking part in. No change will occur to our licences from the Government of Gibraltar and the Gambling Commission of Great Britain.
