I am getting an error message when I try to cancel my withdrawal
We have decided to remove the process of cancelling withdrawals on all of our sites. This means you will no longer be able to cancel your withdrawals onsite but rest assured this is an extra way for us to protect our players and ensure you get to enjoy your winnings.

What happens with my withdrawal now?
Your withdrawal will be processed back to your chosen payment method by our Finance Team within 2-24 hours and will then be passed to your payment provider to clear into your account. For more information on withdrawal timescales please click here.
I have withdrawn to incorrect bank details
If your withdrawal has been processed then this means that the funds have been sent out to the details you entered, and we are unable to retrieve these for you instantly. Please note, if you've sent money out to a card that's no longer active, this should be fine as long as the connected bank account is still open.
If the bank account is closed and the funds are not able to be transferred to a bank account, the bank would return the money to us within 30 working days after the Successful status update within the Withdrawal History section.
If you withdrawal has been sent to the wrong bank details and has not yet been processed please contact Customer Support here to discuss this further.
If I can't cancel withdrawals, I will meet my deposit limit sooner
We ask that you only deposit funds that you are happy with, as you are never guaranteed to receive any winnings back due to the random nature of the games. For further information on Deposit Limits please read this FAQ.
