How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?
You can withdraw from your account at any time, provided you have over £10, are not bound by wagering requirements and you have no outstanding verification requests.
We will process your winnings within 4-24 hours and once processed, depending on your card provider, there might be different timescales until your withdrawal has cleared into your bank account.
If you requested your withdrawal on a Friday evening or over the weekend, then it may take slightly longer for your funds to reach you, because many banks have slightly longer processing times on weekends, which are not their usual banking hours. If your payment is showing as "Processed" on your payment history then, rest assured, we've sent the money to your bank, and you'll just need to wait 1-2 working days for this to clear.
VISA Debit/Direct
If your card provider is with VISA Debit, this can take up to 3 working days for the funds to be cleared into your bank account.
If your card provider is with VISA Direct, your funds should be in your bank account within 4 hours, after withdrawals are processed.
Mastercard
If your card provider is with MasterCard, then this can take up to 1 working day for the funds to be cleared into your bank account.
PayPal
If your deposit method is with PayPal, this will be done instantly, once processed.
Bank
This can take up to 1 working day to be cleared into your bank account.
ApplePay (Bank)
This can take up to 1 working day to be cleared into your bank account.
Please note that for security reasons, we operate a "Closed Loop" policy which means you must withdraw back to the last method that you deposited from.
Tracking your withdrawal:
You can check the status of your withdrawal at any time by going to My Account > History > Payment History.
- Pending: Your withdrawal has not yet been processed by us. (We normally do this within 4 hours)
- Processed: Your funds have been processed by us, but it has not yet been received by your card provider.
- Success: This means your card provider’s automated systems have received the funds, and they will be in your available balance in the time frames above.
What if I haven’t received my withdrawal?
If you haven’t received your withdrawal yet, please recheck the timescales and double check your bank/e-wallet statement. If the funds have not cleared your account within five working days we are able to investigate further with our technical teams.
If your withdrawal has failed we will notify you via e-mail and your money will return to your account balance.
