These are essentially 'loss' limits, meaning any deposits decrease the limit and any withdrawals increase the limit. 

Kindly note, these operator set deposit limits do not take into account any deposits made prior to the limit being applied to the account.

Please also note that these limits do not take into account any withdrawals that have been requested and processed before the limit has been applied, only those that are processed afterwards. Please see below for some examples:

15:30 £200 Limit Applied 

16:00 £200 Withdrawal Processed - Limit remaining to spend = £400

Should you have an Operator Set Deposit limit that you wish to change or remove, then you would need to wait for the limit to reset, and then contact our Customer Due Diligence Team before making your next deposit. 

If you deposit after the limit resets, but before contacting the Customer Due Diligence Team, then you would need to wait for the limit to reset again, so if you're ever unsure on when it resets, please contact Customer Support.
