Touch ID is enabled on my device but is not being offered when I use the App, what should I do?
If you have previously used Touch ID on the app, you will need to re-enable it if:
Touch ID has not been used on the device in the last 48 hours.
The Virgin Games App has not been used in the last 10 days.
The device has been restarted or re-set since the last time Touch ID was used.
The app has not been updated.
