My deposit failed but it has been taken from my bank account, why?
In some cases, when a deposit shows as 'Pending', the funds will be removed from your bank account. If this happens, the funds will be placed onto your playing balance within 24-48 hours, and the status of the deposit in your history will be updated to show as 'Successful'. In some cases, the funds will not be removed from your bank account. If this happens, the status of the deposit in your history will be updated to show as 'Failed' within that same timescale.
