The Daily Games open each evening from 20:15 each night, games start at 20:45 and 20:50. There are two bingo games which have set prize amounts.

On Sundays, after the Daily Game, there are an additional 5 Weekly Games which also have set prizes. The weekly game takes place from 20:45 on Sundays, games start at 21:15, 21:20, 21:25, 21:30 and 21:35.

Once in the room, you must click the "Claim Now" button or the ticket icon to claim your tickets. If you click "Claim Now" but do not have any Playoff Palace tickets you will be notified that you do not qualify and will be told how to get tickets for the next Playoff Palace game.

Please note that if you win daily tickets after 19:45, you would not be able to claim them on that day's Daily Game - they would be valid to claim the following day. 

Likewise, if you win weekly tickets after 20:15 on Sunday, you would not be able to claim them on that week's Weekly Game - they would be valid to claim the following week.
