1. Go to My Account > Play Responsibly > Account Cool Off.

2. Select a time period from the drop-down menu.

3. Click 'Confirm'

4. Click the 'Submit' button on the next screen to activate the Cool Off Once you've clicked 'Submit'. The Cool Off cannot be overridden or removed until the selected time period has passed, please be sure to select one that you're happy with.

Please note that a Cool Off applied to your Virgin Games account will not apply to any other accounts you hold on our sister sites. Should you wish to Cool Off from any other accounts within the Gamesys Group, you will need to do this per account, or by contacting Customer Support here.
