There are usually one of three reasons why you haven’t received your referral bonus:
- Your friend entered your details incorrectly when registering at Virgin Games.
- Your friend hasn’t met the wagering requirements yet.
- Our system found that the referral is in breach of our Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions. This could be because your friend already has an account at Virgin Games.
If you believe a referral has been failed incorrectly, please contact our Support Team who will be able to investigate for you.
Please note that due to GDPR, we cannot discuss how much your friend needs to wager with yourself. Your friend will need to contact Customer Support to see how to complete this.
