How do I update my personal details?
It's easy to keep your personal information up to date. Most details can be changed directly from your account section, while others require a quick contact with our team for security reasons.
How do I update my Address, Email, or Phone Number?
You can manage most of your personal details yourself directly through our website.
- Go to My Account > Manage Details.
- Find the section you wish to change and click the 'Edit' button.
- Enter your new information and save your changes.
Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for these changes to be fully processed.
How do I change my Name or Username?
For your security, your full name and username cannot be changed from the 'My Account' section. Here’s how to update them:
To change your name:
If you have changed your name (e.g., through marriage or deed poll), please email a copy of your marriage certificate or deed poll certificate to id@virgingames.com.
Once submitted, please allow up to 3 working days for the changes to take place.
To change your username:
