How do I reopen my account?
All account reopenings are handled via Live Chat. Simply click the chat icon in the bottom-right-hand corner of your screen and one of our team will be happy to help.
Please note that this doesn't apply if you've set a "cool off" period — see below for how that works.
I've set a "cool off" period — do I need to contact you to reopen my account?
No, you don't need to get in touch. A cool off period will lift automatically once your chosen time has passed, and you'll be able to log back in straight away.
Cool off periods can last anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks, depending on what you selected.
Can I reopen my account before my cool off period ends?
Please note that it isn't possible to reopen your account before the cool off period you selected has ended. Once the time has passed, your account will reopen automatically and there's nothing further you need to do.
