Why does my balance show a different number in this game?
Ever noticed the numbers on your screen look different to what you were expecting? Here's a quick explanation of why that might be:
Why does my balance show a different number in this game?
Some games let you switch how your balance is displayed, between Cash and Credits.
When your balance is shown in Cash, you'll see a £ sign next to the number, and it matches your real money balance exactly. When it's shown in Credits, there's no £ sign, and the number reflects your balance based on the game's coin settings — so it can look quite different to your actual account balance, even though nothing is wrong.
How do I switch my balance back to Cash?
Simply click on the word "Credit" shown on your balance, and it will switch straight back to your Cash Balance, showing your real money amount with a £ sign.
Has my deposit gone in correctly?
Yes! If your balance is showing in Credits and looks different to your deposit amount, this doesn't mean anything has gone wrong. Switch your display back to Cash (see above) to see your real money balance and confirm everything is as it should be.
