There are a few reasons as to why you or your friend wouldn't have received your 'Refer a Friend' reward and we're here to help.
Has the wagering requirement been met?
It is likely that your friend hasn't met the wagering requirement in order for the reward to be credited to your account.
To receive your Refer a Friend reward, your friend will need to wager a minimum of £50 to meet their Wagering Requirement. Any wagering using free spins will not contribute towards the Wagering Requirements.
All wagers on Instant and Casino games, including Casino Poker and Roulette games, such as Roulette Splendide, 3D Roulette, Multiplayer Roulette, European Roulette, Roulette Lite and High Stakes Roulette, Mega Ball, Blackjack, Baccarat, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Craps and Video Poker games and on the ‘Streets of Gold’ Multiplayer Roulette sidebet (including any Live Casino versions of such games) do not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
Your friend can check how much they've wagered so far via the Game History section onsite, which can be found within My Account > History.
Please note that due to GDPR, we cannot discuss how much your friend needs to wager with you.
Did your friend enter your details correctly when registering to the site?
If your friend inputted your details during registration, it is possible that they may have entered your username or email address incorrectly. This will have stopped the referral from linking successfully.
You can keep track of how many friends you have referred via Refer a Friend > My Referrals.
Has your friend breached the Terms and Conditions?
Our system has found that the referral is in breach of our 'Refer a Friend' Terms and Conditions. This could be because your friend already has an account with us or a number of other reasons.
You can find the Terms and Conditions for the promotion here.
If you feel that a referral has been failed incorrectly, please contact our friendly Customer Support Team via our Live Chat service by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
