Why did I win nothing from Prize Picks / VIP Picks?
Our Free Games are tailored to reward loyalty, but the end result depends entirely on which squares you pick. All of our games are generated randomly - including where the prizes are hidden in our Daily and Monthly Free Games. Remember, you'll have more chances to win every day on Prize Picks and you can accumulate more bonus picks for our next Monthly Free Game at the end of the following month.
Why won't my game load?
There are a number of reasons why you're struggling to load the Free Game. The most common is when you try to play just after midnight on the last day of the month. Our site is extremely busy during this time and if the game isn't loading, we would suggest just waiting a little while and trying again. Our prizes aren't first come, first served, so you don't need to play as early as possible.

I missed the monthly game on the last day of the month and can't access it
Our Monthly Free Game, VIP Picks, is only available on site from 00:00 to 23:59 on the last day of the month. If you don't manage to play your game on this day, unfortunately all progress for that month is lost and resets ready for the new month ahead. Once the last day of the month has passed, there is no way for us to retrieve this game for you in any circumstances - as much as we'd love to.
