There's a 'Rotate Device' message showing on when I try to access a game on my phone, what should I do?
When playing on a mobile or a tablet, most Slots are playable in Landscape whereas Bingo is available in Portrait, so you will need to turn your device in order to interact with the game. If the screen doesn't automatically spin around for you, you will have to turn on 'Screen Rotation' or remove 'Screen Lock' depending on your device.
