I need help with accessing the Virgin Games app...
You can download the Virgin Games app on both Apple and Android devices. On an iPhone or iPad, you can download our App from the Apple App store. On an Android device you can download it from the Android Google Play Store.

I’m having problems with the App, what should I do?
If you experience any issues loading our games through the App, we would recommend following the steps below:
- Use Wi-Fi
- Force Close the App and then reopen it.
- Clear your Cache, which you can find out how to do so here.
- Turn off and restart your device.
- Try our mobile site.
How do I update the App?
You will get a message on your device saying 'Please Update' to let you know when you need to update the App. Please follow the instructions below depending on your device:
iOS - Click on the App Store symbol and then tap 'Updates' to see the apps that need updating. Select Bally Casino from the list and follow the instructions on screen.
Android - look out for update messages or Push Notifications in the App itself and follow the instructions on-screen. Alternatively, you can check for updates by going to the Play Store and selecting the three lines to open the menu and then 'My Apps and Games'. Here it will check if you have any updates available on your downloads.
What type of device supports Touch ID?
Touch ID is available for the iPhone 5S and higher. The operating system must be iOS 10 or newer to work on our site. On Android devices you must have Android 7.0 and above. This feature will only work on devices with a functioning fingerprint sensor.
Touch ID is enabled on my device but is not being offered when I use the App, what should I do?
If you have previously used Touch ID on the app, you will need to re-enable it if:
- Touch ID has not been used on the device in the last 48 hours.
- The Virgin Games App has not been used in the last 10 days.
- The device has been restarted or re-set since the last time Touch ID was used.
- The app has not been updated.
What type of device supports Face ID?
Face ID is available for the iPhone X and higher. The operating system must be iOS 11 or newer. Face ID is not currently available for Android devices.
