What are V*Points and how do they work?
There's nothing like earning Points for doing something you enjoy doing! V* Points (also known as Virgin Points or V Points) are loyalty points unique to Virgin Games. Your V* Points account is automatically activated when you create your Virgin Games account. Build up your points whilst winning on our games, and then convert them into cash!
How do I earn V* Points?
You start earning V* Points when you win certain amounts on eligible games, and they are added automatically to your V* Points balance. Each V* Point is worth 1p. You can earn one V* Point for each £5 won on Bingo, or one V* Point for each £20 won on most other games (including Live Dealer games). Please note that Craps is excluded from earning V* Points.
How much are V* Points worth?
Each V* Point is worth 1p (one penny) in cash. You can convert your V* Points into real cash at any time. There is no minimum number of points required to convert — you can convert as little as 1 V* Point for 1p in cash. Please note that all conversions are final and cannot be reversed — once converted to cash, V* Points cannot be changed back.
How do I convert V* Points into cash?
To convert your V* Points into cash on any device, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Virgin Games account.
- Tap or click the three lines (☰) in the top left-hand corner to open the Menu.
- Go to My Account > Convert Points.
- You will see your total V* Points balance and a slider.
- Drag the slider to the right to choose how many points to convert.
- Click Convert now to complete the conversion.
The cash equivalent will be added directly to your account balance immediately. For example: converting 50 V* Points gives you 50p in cash to play with. Please note that V* Points can only be redeemed on the Virgin Games website and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Do V* Points expire?
Yes, V* Points can expire. If you do not earn at least one new V* Point within any 90-day period, all of your accumulated V* Points will expire and be removed from your balance. To keep your points active, you must win a minimum of £5 on Bingo or £20 on eligible non-Bingo games at least once every 90 days.
Are there any restrictions on V* Points?
Yes, the following restrictions apply to V* Points:
- V* Points can only be redeemed on the Virgin Games website.
- V* Points cannot be transferred between Member accounts.
- V* Points will be forfeited if you are found to hold more than one Member account.
