What is Prize Wheel?
Prize Wheel is a brand-new, first-of-its-kind reward on Virgin Games, where you're rewarded for your play on Slots.
How does Prize Wheel work?
As you play on Slots, your progress bar fills up. Once you hit a spend level, you'll earn a spin on Prize Wheel to see what prize you've won.
Do I need to opt in to Prize Wheel?
Yes! Prize Wheel is available to invited members only, so you'll need to opt in to take part. Once you've opted in, your progress bar will start tracking your Slots play.
What spend counts towards Prize Wheel?
Any spend on any Slot game counts towards your progress, excluding Instant Games.
Is my wheel spin guaranteed?
Yes! Once you hit a spend level on your progress bar, you're guaranteed a spin on Prize Wheel.
How do I know how close I am to earning a spin?
There's a handy progress bar on the Promotions page and the Slots page, showing you how much you've spent so far and how much more you need to reach the next level.
How often does Prize Wheel reset?
This is a weekly promotion, running from Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59. Your progress bar resets every Monday, no matter how full it is.
How many levels are there?
There are 4 levels you can progress through each week, each with its own wheel to spin — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
When will I get to spin my wheel?
Once you fill up your progress bar, your wheel will become available to spin within 15 seconds.
What if I don't spin my wheel straight away?
No problem — your wheel will stay available to spin for 7 days.
What if I earn more than one wheel and don't spin them straight away?
That's fine! You can come back any time and spin them one at a time, or use the "Spin all wheels" option to save time.
What are the prizes?
All prizes are cash.
Am I guaranteed a cash prize when I spin the wheel?
No, cash prizes are not guaranteed on every spin.
Are there any restrictions on my prize?
None at all! You can use your cash prize to play any game you like, or withdraw it.
