Withdrawal Timescales - Easter Bank Holiday
As banks and card providers usually only process payments on normal working days, withdrawals can take a little longer to reach your account over bank holiday periods.
We aim to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible. Most manual withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, with many completed much sooner.
During the Easter bank holiday period, there may be a slight delay in manual processing. This does not usually affect how long your bank or payment provider takes to release the funds once processing is complete.
Expected withdrawal times over Easter
Once your withdrawal shows as Processed or Success, the time it takes to receive your funds depends on your payment method:
- Visa Direct: 1–4 hours after processing
- PayPal: Immediate after processing
- Debit Card: 24–48 hours after processing
- Mastercard: 1–3 working days after processing
- Bank Transfer: 1–3 working days after processing
Please note: All Visa Direct withdrawals are received within 1–4 hours after processing, even on weekends and bank holidays.
Due to the Easter bank holidays, Mastercard and Bank withdrawals requested during this period may take longer than usual. The table below shows the latest expected clearing dates.
